Summary: Might be Peziza, but hard to say for sure

Comment: It looks like it’s either staining or drying black which I’ve never observed in Peziza. You really need microscopic characteristics to be sure of the genus in true cup fungi. From these photos I’m not even confident this is a cup fungus.
