Summary: Looks about right, but to be sure…

I’d need to see closeup on the underside. If it has the individual tubes then I’d call it Fistulina hepatica. However, there are other species of Fistulina as well as the separate genus Pseudofistulina and I don’t know what all the distinctions are.
