Notes: Leafy-like lichen, growing on small-diameter dead twig which had blown off a Quercus palustra. Photos show both above, and from the base look up. When I get these in focus, I can see things I haven’t noticed before. In this case, the kind of oak-shaped leaf form, which might be advantageous for a lichen growing on an oak tree, don’t you think?
